A highly regarded global construction company is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for their Boston office. This is a full-time, onsite role located in Boston’s Seaport District, running for 2-3 months with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, and the role pays $25/hour. The ideal candidate will be the face of the office, offering exceptional service to visitors and staff while supporting daily operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and employees
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Manage meeting scheduling, conference room booking, and catering coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and ensure tidy reception areas
- Provide administrative support and occasional executive assistance
- Use Microsoft Office for communication and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve general office issues
Candidate Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of administrative, front desk, or office coordination experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic setting
