Our client, a corporate service provider, is seeking a direct-hire Recruiting Coordinator to join their headquarters in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
- Create attention-catching job postings, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process on both ends.
- Maintain records and data integrity in the ATS.
- Schedule and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
- Generate reports to track progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide transparent communication to candidates throughout each step of the interview process.
- Preform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of recruiting experience is required.
- Experience working in an ATS, specifically ADP, is highly preferred.
- Independent self-starter with strong communication skills.
- Team player with a strong attention to detail and creative problem solving skills.
Position Information:
- $50K-$54K (DOE) – is overtime eligible.
- Hours are 8:30am-5pm.
- 100% on-site in Georgetown.
