Our Midtown, Manhattan client, a global advisory firm specializing in executive search, is seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner and team. This is a 4-week contract role starting on Monday August 25th for a little over 1 month; the end date likely Tuesday September 23rd. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a fast-moving, collaborative office. Hours are 9am-5:30pm with flexibility for light overtime and they are in office 5 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Partner with all calendar management and scheduling
- Assist with client and candidate interactions
- Pulling reports, formatting documents, working in Salesforce
- Editing pitch decks (PowerPoint)
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including all reservations and accommodations involved
- Process expense reports and reimbursements as necessary
- General catch-all admin tasks – from printing emails to updating systems
Requirements:
- Able to fully commit for the duration: Aug 25 – Sept 23
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in a high volume, fast paced, collaborate environment
- Strong, hands on extensive experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience working with a CRM, ideally Salesforce
Hourly rate:
- $35/hr range DOE
