About the Job:
- Lead the transition and scale benefits from DC-focused to nationwide.
- Prepare for upcoming open enrollment and streamline enrollment processes.
- Develop on/offboarding processes and compliance trainings.
- Ensure consistency and compliance across all HR aspects throughout organizational changes.
- Collaborate across the Human Resources department and with other internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- 6+ years of strong HR experience in a start-up environment is required.
- Knowledge of both DC and Texas HR laws and regulations.
- Strong detail-orientation with the ability to monitor/maintain deadlines and confidentiality.
- Experience with developing new processes and streamlining benefits across multiple offices.
- “No task too small” attitude with a drive for seamless benefits administration.
About the Position:
- Pays $35/hr-$50/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary indefinite role.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
- Office is metro accessible!
