Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Executive Assistant to support one of their teams located in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Manage calendars/scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Coordinate multiple areas of staffing support including the interviewing process, orientation, recruiting, etc.
- Process expense reimbursements and manage corporate card use.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence; maintain files.
- Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
- 5+ years of relevant executive assistance experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Products, Zoom, and PeopleSoft.
- Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, calendar management, and collaboration skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $33/hr-$37/hr while temporary.
- Converts to a salary of up to $84K when permanent.
- Fantastic benefits when permanent!
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite.
- Office in Washington, DC.
