Our client, a real estate company, is looking to hire a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Affordable Team for a maternity leave coverage. The assignment starts 8/18 and will last until middle to end of February 2026 with flexibility to extend. Hours are 9am – 6pm with an hour for lunch and flexibility for OT. Hourly rate is up to $37.50/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting 2 executives within the Affordable team
- Calendar Management
- Expenses
- Scheduling
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 3+ years prior experience as an administrative professional
- Tech savvy
- High attention to detail
- Organized and resourceful
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a corporate setting
