Our client, an insurance company located in Hartford, CT, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. This full-time, hybrid role (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday) will run through early March and offers the opportunity to manage and support the execution of high-volume, fast-paced marketing projects across multiple business units. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage low-to-medium complexity marketing projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and update project details in Workfront, including tasks, timelines, resources, and approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align expectations and manage marketing requests.
- Support team operations, including project setup, closeout, and documentation maintenance.
- Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to leadership.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring effective communication across teams.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience required; marketing/advertising environment preferred.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and adaptable with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
