Our client, a Newton-based global cybersecurity leader is seeking a Facilities Services Coordinator for a 3+ month onsite role with the potential to become permanent. The position offers $30-$35/hr and runs Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with parking provided. The coordinator will ensure the workplace is secure, efficient, and well-maintained while supporting daily operations, facilities management, and employee needs. Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate general maintenance, repairs, and ergonomic evaluations.
- Conduct audits to ensure spaces are clean, functional, and stocked.
- Monitor and complete employee request tickets.
- Manage shipping/receiving operations and maintain office supplies.
- Support space management, events, and catering needs.
- Maintain emergency response and safety programs.
- Provide backup reception support.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 3+ years of corporate or hospitality facilities experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills; ServiceNow or CMMS experience a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
