Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Administrative Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support and exceptional customer service to our US Executive Team. In this role, you’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate high-profile meetings and events, prepare polished presentations, and ensure the daily operations of the Executive Team run seamlessly. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, anticipate needs, and keep multiple priorities moving forward in a fast-paced environment-always with professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive approach. This will be a contract role and will be five days onsite. Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and events.
- Create polished presentations and reports.
- Coordinate high-profile projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep our operations and communications organized, efficient, and ahead of schedule.
Required:
- 5+ years of administrative/project management experience (including 2+ years at the executive level).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions.
