Top asset management firm is looking for a Temp to Perm Administrative Coordinator for its Greenwich, CT office . The Temp to Perm Coordinator will work on site 5 days a week from 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30 pm. Day to day duties will include answering phones, ordering/stocking supplies, setting up conference rooms, setting up video meetings and other general administrative support. The candidate must have a level of flexibility to evolve and make the role his/her own. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of corporate administrative experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and will live in the Greenwich area.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Ordering/stocking supplies
- Setting up conference rooms
- Setting up meetings
- Managing copy room
- Other general administrative support
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Live in or near Greenwich, CT
Compensation:
- 60K when perm plus paid overtime and discretionary bonus
