Our client, a leading firm in the construction and design-adjacent space, is seeking an on-site Project & Office Manager to join their team in Elkridge, MD. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a driven and personable professional with strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About the Job:
- Manage full project lifecycles from proposal to invoicing, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Track project billing, work-in-progress (WIP), insurance, and receivables.
- Provide operational support to leadership, including calendar management, priority tracking, and safeguarding leadership’s time.
- Oversee all office management functions, including reception, onboarding, policy maintenance, benefits administration, and coordination of IT/software licenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records, project documentation, and operational reports.
About You:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within construction, architecture, engineering, or accounting environments.
- Strong financial acumen and recordkeeping skills.
- Proactive, organized, and highly protective of leadership’s time.
- Personable and thrives in a friendly, fast-paced, and collaborative culture.
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
About the Position:
- Pay: $38-$45/hr ($80K-$95K annually)
- Temp-to-perm
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- 100% onsite in Elkridge, MD.
