Our client, a nonprofit in Washington, DC, is urgently seeking a temporary Associate, Board Services to support their team! This role is a 6-month temporary assignment with a strong possibility of extension for another 6 months. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and logistical support for board meetings and trips.

Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.

Prepare meeting materials, including slide decks, agendas, and research briefings.

Assist with event planning and heavy logistics for retreats and international trips.

Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of board activities.

Complete additional administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree is required.

2+ years of solid professional administrative and/or board support experience.

Strong technical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, and Teams.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.

Strong communication skills and professional maturity with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Position Information:

Compensation: $27-$30/hr while temporary, DOE

Schedule: Hybrid; on-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays now, increasing to 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs) starting January 2026.
