Our client, located in Richmond, VA, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team from late August through mid-February!
About the Job:
- Answer phones and maintain coverage of the front desk in the reception area continuously.
- Maintain inventory levels, accurate seating charts, and
- Coordinate mail and package retrieval, shared resources, and scheduling of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to resolve building service related problems.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic MS Office Suite skills.
- Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
About the Position:
- $17/hr-$18/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary from late August through mid-February.
- Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm.
- 100% on site in Richmond, VA.
