Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and timely customer support to clients
- Assist with policy servicing, account updates, and client onboarding
- Investigate and resolve client concerns with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and service quality
- Collaborate with team members to support application reviews, account verification, and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service or client support experience (financial or professional services environment is a plus!)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or account management tools preferred
