Beacon Hill is hiring! A nonprofit organization located in Oak Brook is looking to bring on a Candidate Experience Specialist to join their business operations team. This person will be doing a variety of administrative work on their certification programs and will answer questions from candidates regarding the programs.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Customer Service
Bachelors Degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
