About the Job:
- Track employee absences and ensure absence programs are properly administered.
- Coordinate components of various leave programs and collaborate cross functionally to improve programs.
- Support payroll by preparing leave data, reviewing past records, and making any necessary wage corrections.
- Field and answer relevant questions from employees and follow-up as needed.
- Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.
About You:
- 5+ years of benefits administration and FMLA regulation experience are required.
- 3+ years of management experience are required.
- An associates degree is required; A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Proficiencies in MS Office, SharePoint, Oracle, and FLMA are required.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- $40/hr-$45/hr, depending on experience.
- $90k-$100k, when converted to permanent.
- Hybrid flexibility.
- Office in Arlington, VA.
