Our client is a global trading firm and looking for a detail-driven, people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep their recruiting process running smoothly and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our high standards.
You’ll:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams (virtual & onsite).
- Serve as a candidate liaison, keeping communication clear and timely.
- Manage logistics for technical and Super Day interviews.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS (Greenhouse) & HR systems (Workday).
- Support recruiters with reporting, travel arrangements, and special projects.
You bring:
- 2+ years of admin, coordination, or HR/recruiting support experience.
- Experience with complex schedules and scheduling up to 75-100 interviews a week across multiple time zones
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (ATS experience a plus).
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
