Our client, an architectural and science design company, is seeking a Temp Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO/Founder in NYC. Position is 8am-6pm with OT (24/7 role). Hybrid schedule, 4 days onsite in Midtown, 1 day remote. Weeks may vary. Need someone able to be on the go. Temp duration 1-2 months.
Responsibilities:
- Manage heavy G-Suite calendar and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to set schedules
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements (mainly private, some commercial)
- Coordinate speaking engagements at high profile organizations in the arts, non profit and media spaces
- Determine priorities, handle personal tasks and manage a tight timeline often with last minute requests
- Maintain seamless communication with household staff including caregivers and property manager (three residences)
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of EA/PA experience to C-suite and/or HNW individual
- BA/BS required
- Dynamic and intellectually curious professional
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Capable of prioritizing a high volume of every changing action items
- Discreet and trustworthy individual who can maintain composure in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
Compensation
- $65-70/hour pay rate
