Our client, a construction company, seeks a temporary Construction Project Coordinator for their Arlington, VA office!
About the Job:
– Manage project documents, job sheet submittals, subcontract contracts, etc.
– Handle all aspects of contract management including setup, submittals, checklists, compliance, and accuracy.
– Monitor project costs throughout lifecycle and handle invoicing and billings.
– Maintain an organized and accessible shared drive.
– Coordinate the composition, submission, and implementation of order requests.
– Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
About You:
– An associates degree is preferred; A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
– 2+ years of construction industry experience is required.
– Experience with accounting or number is a plus!
– Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
– Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
About the Position:
– $26/hr-$30/hr while temporary, DOE.
– $55K-$68K when permanent.
– 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
