Our client, a leading global professional services organization, is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Compensation to join their team! This role is ideal for a compensation professional with strong analytical expertise, advanced Workday knowledge, and experience thriving in fast-paced environments.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required; CCP certification a plus.
- 7+ years of compensation experience in a mid- to large-sized organization (professional services or law firm experience strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Workday is required for this role
- Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to deliver practical business solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Experience conducting benchmarking, participating in surveys, and working with external vendors.
- Prior direct people management or supervisory experience is required for this role
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Job:
- Manage the administration of compensation programs, including annual merit and bonus cycles.
- Conduct benchmarking and salary survey analysis; create and maintain job profiles and salary ranges.
- Partner with HRIS, Finance, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data.
- Maintain and support compensation systems (Workday, CompXL, Market Pay), including updates and audits.
- Prepare models, spreadsheets, and reports to support compensation analysis and business needs.
- Draft compensation-related documentation, communications, and employee notifications.
- Contribute to the performance management process, ensuring alignment with compensation outcomes.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and participate in HR projects as needed.
This is a permanent opportunity offering a base salary of up to $145,000 depending on experience. This role will follow a hybrid schedule of three days a week in the Philadelphia office.
