Legal HR / Operations Manager
Fully on-site. Regular business hours Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.
Below are the requirements for the position.
- Strong Human Resources skills to effectively hire and manage staff including working with Paychex and managing PTO and overtime
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with IT business partners regarding office operations
- Strong computer literacy and organizational skills, with extensive experience in Word, Excel, and Adobe, and preferably also in TABS and/or Practice Master
- 5+ years of proven experience office administration or management, law firm management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Prior direct supervisory responsibilities, including the ability to inspire and develop a cohesive and high-performing team in a law firm environment.
- Ability to respond effectively to evolving priorities and changes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the firm, including professional staff, attorneys, and leadership.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles, with the ability to contribute to financial and operational efficiency of the firm.
