Our client, a financial investment firm, is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their dynamic office in Bethesda, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic recruiting plans, build candidate pipelines, and anticipate hiring needs across business units.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate communications and interview logistics.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations through phone screens and in-depth interviews, presenting qualified candidates and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Support offer development and onboarding by recommending salary ranges, incentives, and start dates, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR or talent acquisition experience in a financial setting are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, or a related field is required.
- MS Office, CMS, and ATS experience are required.
- Strong detail orientation with the ability to pick up tasks quickly.
- Outgoing and professional with excellent communication skills.
Position Information:
- $38/hr-$42/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary starting 9/8 through February 2026!
- Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite.
- Office in Bethesda, MD; Metro accessible!
