Our client, an international organization, has an immediate need for a temporary HR Workday Specialist to support their organization for 3 months before their go-live transition!
About the Job:
- Serve as the functional expert for Workday Recruitment, bridging HR/TA and technical teams to optimize workflows and system adoption post-launch.
- Review, troubleshoot, and enhance recruitment processes (requisitions, candidate pipelines, offers, onboarding) for efficiency, compliance, and minimal disruption.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for HR and TA stakeholders, offering guidance on design improvements and user experience.
- Deliver training and documentation to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR staff, ensuring readiness for go-live and long-term capability building.
- Collaborate globally and with analytics teams to drive consistent usage, define reporting needs, and support data-driven decision-making.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or a related field is highly desired.
- 7+ years of HR and Workday experience are required.
- Strong Workday skills with a focus on talent acquisition.
- Flexible across global timezones.
- Detailed self-starter with ability to multitask.
About the Position:
- $45/hr-$48/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 months.
- On-site 2-3 days/week in Washington, DC.
