Our client, a litigation firm, is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Receptionist to the office in White Plains, NY. This role will be open-ended and will be in office Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM (no Fridays). Pay rate is up to $27.50/hr DOE.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing reception desk in a quiet, professional office environment
- Ordering and stocking office/kitchen supplies (Amazon, etc.)
- Receiving deliveries and maintaining supply areas
- Checking and stocking office printers with paper
- Scanning and organizing documents
- Assisting attorneys and staff with light administrative tasks as needed
