Our client, a nonprofit health insurance agency, in Boston is looking for someone who is bilingual Vietnamese to start a position as soon as possible until the end of the year. This position is from 8:30AM-5PM and pays $23/hour. Any interested individuals are urged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact and advocate for new members.
- Perform outbound and inbound calls to engage and support members.
- Educate members about health plan benefits and services, while addressing any questions or concerns.
- Identify and document members’ care service needs.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care during the transition period. Schedule initial nurse intake visits
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve member issues and support care planning.
- Deliver care management services via telehealth platforms when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Vietnamese
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a call center or Medicare/Medicaid health plan.
- 5+ years of experience in a related healthcare or outreach role.
- 1+ years working directly with individuals facing complex behavioral, medical, or social needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Calendar) and basic computer applications.
- Comfortable learning and using telehealth technologies.
