A growing manufacturing company is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customer needs and coordinating inventory between multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding orders, lead times, and product availability.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in the ERP system, including customer orders, inventory levels, and shipment information.
- Coordinate the movement of inventory and materials between domestic production facilities to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with planning, production, and logistics teams to manage production schedules and meet delivery deadline continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain organized records of communications, schedules, and order changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1+ years experience in customer service, logistics, scheduling, or production planning.
- Ability to travel occasionally to U.S. production sites.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
