Our client, a growth equity investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to support senior executives in New York, NY. The hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm with some flexibility as needed. This role is hybrid, 4 days in office and 1 day remote, with occasional flexibility for 5 days as required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage expense reporting
- Support project initiatives, including tracking deliverables and preparing client-facing materials
- Serve as liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ad hoc team projects
- Participate in office events, happy hours, and initiatives that support team culture
Job Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level executives
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional
- Experience with CRM systems and client-facing support preferred
- Comfortable working in finance or similar professional services environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player
Compensation / Benefits:
