Our client, a private trading firm, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their growing NYC team. The hours are either 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm and requires the candidate to be in office five days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office space with the opportunity to engage with their colleagues and pays up to $25/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet guests
- Coordinate and receive deliveries
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting set up
- Contribute towards office management by ordering supplies and scheduling events
- Contribute towards administration by processing expenses
- Ad hoc requests as needed by the office
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a front facing position
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Personable individual who is eager to take initiative
- Mature, professional, and willing to lend a helping hand
