Our client, a family office and investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in NYC. The hours are 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm five days in Midtown, Manhattan
Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex calendar including meetings and meals with third parties
- Arrange travel and prepare itineraries for approximately one to two trips per quarter
- Compile and submit expense reports
- Assist the CIO with meeting preparation, such as finding and printing bios
- Join weekly calls, take notes, and report discussion topics and next steps
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of EA/OM experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No task too big or too small mentality
- Must be able to work independently
