Our client, a nonprofit organization located in Boston is seeking a Temporary Executive Administrator to support the CEO of a mission-driven nonprofit. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage complex scheduling, oversee board processes, and serve as the primary liaison with staff, board members, and community partners. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and logistics with internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for Board and committee meetings.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee meeting preparation and follow-up, ensuring timely distribution of materials.
- Handle travel arrangements and support special projects.
- Serve as a professional, welcoming point of contact for the Executive Office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 5 years’ senior-level administrative support (Associate’s + 7 years also considered).
- C-Suite or VP-level support experience required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Professional, flexible, and team-oriented.
Location: Boston (100% On-Site, Free Parking)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility for early/late meetings)
Compensation: $85K-$100K (hourly equivalent $40-$49)
