Thriving financial services firm located in Battery Park, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Administrative Receptionist to join the team. This position will start ASAP and will require 5 days in office. Hours are 8:00am-5:30pm with availability for OT as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Managing phones
- Greeting guests
- Ordering supplies
- Running errands
- Providing administrative support to a team as well as being a back up to the other EA’s in the office
- Assisting with coordination for the recruiting team
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 1+ years administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Extremely agile and flexible
- Confident with a high level of maturity and discretion
- High attention to detail
Compensation
- 60-75K base salary when perm DOE plus paid OT (minimal) and discretionary bonus
