Our client, a leading international consulting firm, is seeking a Recruiting Assistant for a 4-6 month assignment. This role is based in Boston with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. The position pays $30/hour and offers the chance to gain valuable experience supporting large-scale recruiting initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end recruiting support, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interviewer feedback collection
- Manage applicant tracking system and recruiter inbox to monitor candidate flow in real time
- Assist with onboarding processes such as offer letters and background checks
- Support planning and execution of recruiting events and the summer internship program
- Process invoices and maintain recruitment-related documentation
- Collaborate with HR team on broader strategic initiatives
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic background preferred
- 0-3 years of corporate or office experience; recruiting experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking/scheduling software (iCIMS, Yello) is helpful
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, discretion with confidential information, and a team-oriented mindset
