Our client, a leader in nationwide logistics and delivery services, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their Philadelphia-based team! About You:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or high-volume support environment
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; able to type 40+ WPM
- Skilled multitasker who stays calm under pressure and manages competing priorities effectively
- Clear and professional communicator; bilingual ability a strong advantage
- Team-oriented, flexible, and energized by working in a fast-moving environment
About the Job:
- Serve as the central point of contact for updates and communications via phone, email, text, and internal systems
- Resolve time-sensitive delivery issues quickly, balancing operational demands with customer satisfaction
- Monitor truck routes in real time using dispatch and tracking technology
- Partner with operations, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service
- Proactively communicate with customers, including conducting pre-delivery calls and confirmations
- Manage daily truck schedules and route execution to meet delivery windows
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the overall customer experience
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $20/hour while temporary and up to $46,000 annually once permanent. The role is onsite five days per week at the Moorestown, NJ office.
