Our client is seeking a temporary Administrative Project Coordinator to support their team from late August through mid-February!
About the Job:
- Answer phones and maintain coverage of the front desk in the reception area.
- Prepare zoning reports and set up surveys.
- Manage document transfers, track edits, and collaborate on documents with various internal stakeholders.
- Manage data fields, logs, and deadlines.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience are required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A background in titling, escrows, underwriting, or similar is highly preferred!
- Strong MS Office Suite and Teams skills.
- Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
About the Position:
- $20/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
- Converts to a salary of up to $53k if moved permanent.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
