This temporary Administrative Assistant role is available at a private, nonprofit organization located in Waltham, MA. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with standard hours of 9-5. The role is fully onsite with parking available, pays $23/hour, and is expected to last 3+ months.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain spreadsheets in Excel.
- Provide administrative support to staff and providers as needed.
- Assist with provider-facing tasks and communication.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support the team with various projects during an uptick in workload.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Professional communication skills for provider interaction.
- Previous administrative support or data entry experience preferred.
