Responsibilities:
– Support all day-to-day office administration and human resources administration
– Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership team
– Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors and partners
– Act as the first point of contact for recruiting
– Handle employee 401k enrollments and annual benefits enrollment
– Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in business operations, office management, HR, or executive support in a professional services environment
– Able to maintain strict confidentiality
– Excellent communication skills
– Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
