Our client, a reputable healthcare company is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Conshohocken on a temporary basis. If you are confident in your organizational multitasking abilities and want to contribute to a fast-paced organization then do not miss out on this opportunity!
About You:
- 1+ year of professional experience in an office setting
- Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on detail
- Skilled in the use of office equipment such as photocopier, printers, scanner, etc.
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office is preferred
Day to Day:
- Greet incoming visitors, process sign in and answer incoming calls
- Organize and maintain files, charts, mail, records, etc. ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible
- Quickly update all excel spreadsheets, as well as maintain physical mail inventory
- Sort, scan, and distribute sensitive documents
- Work within the internal database to save and file electronic documents properly
- Assist with additional clerical duties as needed
