Our client, an Investment Company located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist. This position will start ASAP and last through November . The role requires to be onsite 5 days a week with hours being from 8:30am – 5:30pm with an hour lunch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the main phone line and screens calls
- Coordinate desk reservations for visiting employees
- Sign for and distribute mail, print stamps, and manage the postage account
- Operate a variety of office equipment including copier/printer, postage weight machine and binding machine
- Take Inventory and order all office supplies including beverages and snacks
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of receptionist experience at a financial services firm.
- Experience answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Have managed a corporate calendar.
Rate:
- Up to $30/hr
