About the Job:
- Sit at the front desk and greet all office visitors.
- Answer all incoming calls, triage call requests, and/or forward calls to the appropriate party.
- Assist with conference room scheduling; proactively troubleshoot booking conflicts as needed.
- Help maintain files and the office supplies’ inventory; handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with event coordination and other administrative duties as assigned.
About You:
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Products.
- Excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and organized team player.
About the Position:
- Pays $21/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary with training either 9/12 or 9/15 and coverage on 9/17.
- Hours are 8:30am-6pm.
- Ability to be 100% on-site at the Washington, DC office.
