Our client, an environmentally focused non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Bilingual Spanish Program Assistant to join their team working west coast hours.
About the Job:
- Manage the monthly project forecast and ensure budget is properly accounted for and variances are explained.
- Facilitate contract preparation, manage vendors, and update project management software.
- Support complex calendaring, travel coordination, expense reporting, and note-taking.
- Track expenses, support expense reports, and handle invoices.
- Support the design, planning and execution of events.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
- 3+ years of strong project management experience in a fast-paced environment are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience with invoices and budget management is highly desired.
- Nonprofit experience is highly desired.
- Strong self-starter with exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
About the Position:
- $28/hr-$31hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6 months.
- West coast hours required (11am – 8pm EST)
- Potential for the position to become permanent.
- If permanent, salary of up to $65k.
