Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager on Fifth Avenue in New York, NY. They’re seeking someone who’s detail oriented, adaptable and flexible, and has strong interpersonal skills. The hours are not specified in the provided details. The hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm with flexibility until 6:00pm on some days. The role is onsite five days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations including reception, phones, meetings, mail, and vendor coordination
* Ensure office is well-maintained, managing supplies, equipment, building requests, and IT/vendor relationships
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reporting for team members
* Plan and execute office events, catering, conferences, and special projects
* Support onboarding of new hires, including IT setup and office orientation
* Track invoices, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of relevant office management or business operations experience
* Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging with senior leaders
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
