Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Admin Receptionist on the East side of Manhattan. They are looking for an individual who has strong prioritization and organization skills who can adapt and be flexible as needed. The hours are 8am-5pm with 4 days in office and 1 day remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and provide front desk coverage in a professional manner
* Answer and direct incoming calls (light phone coverage)
* Maintain kitchen and pantry areas, including stocking, running dishwasher, and tidying common spaces
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Provide administrative support to CFO and Accounting team, including light calendar management, screening calls, digital filing, and assisting with reporting and expenses
* Process expenses for junior team members and assist with company-wide expense review
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Reception or front desk experience
* Some exposure to calendar management or administrative support tasks
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Professional presentation and demeanor; friendly and approachable personality
* Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $80,000 base salary + bonus
