Private Investment firm located near Grand Central is seeking a Temp to Perm Receptionist to support the office. Hours are 9:30am-6:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This position will start ASAP and will be open ended, at least through end of November. The position is fully in the office, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Greet guests and provide a high touch client experience
- Maintain reception area
- Handle scheduling/calendar management of conference rooms
- Assist with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- At least 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally out of financial services
- White glove customer service mentality
- Calm under pressure and able to handle competing priorities
- Proactive, professional, and extremely detail oriented
Hourly rate: $23-25/hr
