Our client, a national non-profit in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a temporary Programs & Outreach Coordinator to support their team, starting ASAP!
About the Job:
- Provide administrative support to the team through note taking, troubleshooting requests, and handling communications.
- Support customer service and respond to inquiries by phone and email while tracking activity in Salesforce.
- Promote program opportunities through cold calls and other outreach.
- Assist applicants with the process, process incoming applications, and update application records as needed.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the Outreach and Programs team.
About You:
- 2+ years of relevant programmatic or customer service experience are required.
- Proficiency in MS Suite is required; Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $20/hr-$23/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary, starting ASAP!
- Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite.
- Metro accessible office in Bethesda, MD.
