Our client, an architecture firm, is seeking a Temp Facilities Coordinator in New York, NY. They’re looking for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a sharp eye for details, and strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills. The hours are Noon to 8pm or 1pm – 9pm with one hour unpaid lunch and the role is onsite, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact for facilities, mailroom, vendors, and building management
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, deliveries, and freight requests; follow up until completion
- Manage office supplies, equipment, offsite storage, and conference room needs
- Process expenses, invoices, and billing for facilities and office services
- Support office events, employee requests, and small in-office tasks as needed
- Partner with facilities team, contractors, and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of facilities, mailroom, office services, or property management experience
- Tech/computer literate with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Professional communication skills; comfortable interacting with staff at all levels
- Team-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and proactive with a “no task too small” attitude
Pay:
- $31-$33hour
