Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join their team in West Chester! About You:
- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist based role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or insurance verification preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
About the Job:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments, confirm patient information, and manage daily calendars for providers
- Verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays, and ensure accurate entry of patient data into EMR systems
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience
This is a contract opportunity set to last at least two month and is paying up to $20.50/hour depending on experience.
