Our client, an electronics company headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD, is urgently seeking a temporary to permanent HR Administrative Assistant who is bilingual in Spanish to join their growing team! Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance.

Administer attendance, leave tracking, and benefits.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Draft and distribute internal communications to staff.

Address employee relations concerns and escalate as needed.

Prepare HR reports and track workforce trends.
Qualifications:
-
2-5 years of HR support experience required.

Professional bilingual Spanish speaking, reading, and writing capability is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Strong multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills.
Position Information:
-
$25/hr-$27/hr while temporary, DOE.
-
Converts to a salary of $55k-$60k when permanent.

Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

100% onsite in Gaithersburg, MD.
