Our client, an international nonprofit organization, is urgently seeking a Temporary Senior Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a flexible, detail-oriented professional who can jump in and provide administrative and operational support across a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support for the operations team.

Process contracts, submit and track payments, and manage related documentation.

Assist with event planning and coordination of logistics.

Support project management tasks, including tracking deliverables and helping move initiatives forward.

Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and process streamlining.

Complete additional administrative or programmatic tasks as assigned in support of strategic goals.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.

Minimum of 2 years of administrative or programmatic support experience is required.

Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual collaboration tools, and general administrative systems.

Flexibility to work West Coast hours (11:30 AM – 8:30 PM EST).
Position Information:

Compensation: $28-$30/hr, depending on experience.

Type: Temporary (4+ months, strong possibility of extension).

Schedule: 35-hour work week, aligned to West Coast business hours.
