About The Job:
- Review job descriptions, analyze responsibilities, and grade positions.
- Make salary recommendations for incumbents and new hires.
- Manage comprehensive data and spreadsheets. Prepare and present findings to management.
- Participate in salary surveys, monitor data, upload data into the platform, and review findings.
- Develop and maintain a salary structure and grading system.
- Other tasks as assigned.
About you:
- 7+ years of experience in job evaluation, market-based pay benchmarking, and salary structuring are required.
- A CCP certification is a major plus but not required.
- Proficiencies in Workday, Excel, and Salary.com.
- Strong research, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $40/hr-$43/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6 months with the potential to extend the assignment.
- 30-35-hour work week.
- Washington, DC metropolitan area.
