Our client, a law firm in Richmond, VA, is seeking a temporary Operations Coordinator to support their office through daily operations and facilities management!
About the Job:
- Provide office support including mail distribution, supply management, document services, and event/meeting setup.
- Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and equipment to ensure a professional, organized office environment.
- Assist staff with courier requests, troubleshooting office equipment, and coordinating special projects as needed.
About You:
- College degree preferred.
- Prior office or facilities support experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional communication skills with a proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting boxes (up to 70 lbs.) and setting up for events.
About the Position:
- Temporary role for 6 weeks, with the potential to extend.
- $20/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience.
- Fully onsite in Richmond, VA.
